  • Riley DeRubbo had 11 points, two rebounds, two assists and a steal in the defeat.
  • Lauren Stack lead the Eagles with 11 boards in only 29 minutes of play.
  • Kayla Henning was American's second highest points getter for the second game in a row. Henning had eight points, three rebounds, two assists and a steal.

  • She played in 101 games for the Retrievers, scoring 344 points and grabbing 306 rebounds
All-Time Series:
  • American leads the all-time series 14-6, and has won the previous four meetings.
  • The Eagles have won seven of the past eight matchups dating back to 2006.
  • Last year, UMBC ended a five-game road swing with a tough 55-47 loss at American on 12/1/21. The Retrievers held the host Eagles to a single 3-point field goal in 20 attempts, but could not overcome 25 turnovers at Bender Arena.
