The UMBC Swimming & Diving will continue its preparation for the America East Championships next month as it takes on George Washington in a two day, home-and-home meet. The Retrievers will welcome GW to campus for Senior Day on Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m., before making the return trip to D.C. on Sunday morning at 10 a.m.
Saturday's senior ceremony will begin at 12:30 p.m. and will be broadcast on AmericaEast.TV.
Last Friday, the Men's Swimming & Diving team returned to the pool in style, defeating host La Salle 178-121, while the Women's side saw tons of success in its first action since early December.
Kolby Reese had a strong day as she won the 500 free in 5:16.05 and took second in the 1000 free when out-touched a La Salle swimmer by .04 (10:50.82).Â
Bruna de Padua won the 1000 free in 10:39.41, whileÂ
Ashley Gutshall took first in the 50 free in 24.48.Â
Makaela Hill won the 100 free in 52.95, Gutshall took second in 54.24.

Isaac Poole continued to dominate the diving portion as he won both the 1 meter (298.88) and 3 meter (288.63)
