Men's Swimming and Diving

Swimming & Diving Places League-Best Six on America East All-Academic Team

BOSTON -- The UMBC Swimming & Diving program placed a league-best six student-athletes on the America East All-Academic team, the Conference announced on Wednesday.

10 men and 10 women student-athletes were voted on and chosen by a Conference panel. Both UMBC  Men's and Women's program had three each honored.

On the Men's side, Chrisatian Coleman (3.43, Psychology), Oliver Gassmann (3.83, Business Technology Administration) and Isaac Poole (3.90 Graduate Mechanical Engineering) were named to the team. On the Women's side, Bruna de Padua (3.78, Media & Communication Studies), Ashley Gutshall (3.75, History) and Makaela Hill (3.53, Economics) took home honors.
