BALTIMORE -- The UMBC Track & Field program released its 2025-26 Indoor schedule, head coach
David Bobb announced on Tuesday afternoon.
The Retrievers will participate in seven competitions prior to the America East Championships at the end of February.
The season opens with the St. John's Invite on December 6 in Staten Island, and then UMBC will have a month off before returning to action in Virginia Beach at the VCU Invite on January 9.
The Dawgs then head north for the Nittany Lion Challenge (January 17, Penn State) and Columbia's Dr. Sander Invite (January 23-24, NYC). Back-to-back trips to Penn State are then on deck as they participate in the Penn State National (January 30-31) and the Sykes and Sabock Challenge (February 7).
A trip to Liberty for the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (February 13-14) is the final tune-up for the America East Championships, which will be held in Boston February 20-21.
Any Retrievers who qualify for Nationals will compete at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Arkansas March 13-14.Â
