UMBC's Academic Center for Student-Athletes has announced their Student-Athlete of the Month for July - Abbie Wydra from the Swimming & Diving team. 

Abbie's advisor Megan Usher had this to say about her, "Abbie is a new transfer student who has joined the UMBC swim and dive team. I have been impressed with her work effort and accountability during her summer term course, as she is working towards a great start to her academic career at UMBC. I am excited to see her continue with this momentum in the classroom and in the pool as we begin the fall semester."
