Alpha Balde and senior
Marquis Miller won individual events to lead the UMBC men's track and field squad at the 2025 Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational.
Balde won the 300 meters with a time of 33.59, the third-best time in the America East Conference this winter. Miller captured the 500 meters in 1:03.71, the second-best time in the conference.

Jaeden Burke placed fourth in the 300 meters (34.56) and 18th in the 200 meters (22.20).

Zachary Taylor and sophomore
Sofiane Compaorg placed fifth (2:28.54) and seventh (2:29.24) in the 1,000 meters, respectively.
Freshman
Justin Banks placed sixth in the mile with 4:10.58, the 16th-best time in the league this season.
Freshmen
Weston Carr and
Joseph Ensor performed well in the 800 meters. Carr placed 12th in 1:53.61), and Ensor was right behind in 14th (1:53.78). Both were top 15 performances in the league this winter.
Ethan Hart placed sixth in the Shot Put (16.25m), and freshman
Xavier Gooden moved into the AE top 10 with an effort of 13.89 meters.
