Claire Bockstie (Forest Hill, Md./Maryvale Prep) notch a career-best eight eight goals, including her 100th career point in the win.

Scouting the Retrievers:
- The Retrievers come into the midweek matchup with Delaware at 5-3 having won their last two contests by a combined score of 45-20. UMBC most recently put up 25 goals in a 25-15 win against Robert Morris on Saturday afternoon.
- Claire Bockstie earned America East Offensive Player of the Week honors after netting eight goals and two assists to tie a single-game high 10 points. She has scored 37 goals with 10 assists for a team-high 47 points.
- Dymin Gerow (Baltimore, Md./Episcopal) has also notched 30 goals adding eight assists for 38 points. Kolby Weedon (Catonsville, Md./Catonsville) and Megan Halczuk (Fawn Grove, Pa.) have also scored double digit goals with 22 and 11 respectively.
- Isabella Fontana (Chevy Chase, Md./Academy of the Holy Cross) picked up the win against the Colonials and has appeared in five games, conceding 33 goals with 43 saves.
Scouting the Blue Hens:
- Delaware comes into the contest at 2-6 on the year with a 1-3 mark at home. Last time out, the Blue Hens dropped a 19-8 decision to Saint Joseph's on Saturday. The Hawks built a 10-5 halftime lead, then used an 8-0 third quarter to put the Blue Hens away.
- Riley Gillin leads Delaware with 18 points on seven goals and 11 assists. Danika Swech and Lizzie Hsu are the only Blue Hens with double digit goals with 12 and 11 respectively.
- Sophia Foohey and Mercy McCarthy have split time in between the pipes for Delaware with McCarthy making 53 saves and Foohey recording 30 stops.
All-Time Series:
- This will be the 12th all-time meeting between the two schools with the Blue Hens leading the series 6-5. This will be the first time the two will meet since the 2012 season.
- UMBC has won the last four matchups including a 15-6 win in 2012.
Milestone Watch:
- Bockstie is closing in on 100 career goals, needing just 18 to achieve the mark.
- Dymin Gerow and Olivia Docal (Glenwood, Md./Our Lady of Good Counsel) are 30 points away from 100 for their careers.
Among the Best:
- The Retrievers are right up there among the nation's best in several statistical categories. The Retrievers are ninth in saves percentage and are 23rd in ground balls per game.
- UMBC is seventh in the nation in scoring offense.
- Bockstie is second in shots on goal per game and first in shots per game. Bockstie is also fourth in the country in goals per game. Gerow is also ranked first in free position goals per game.
