2025-26 INDOOR:

• Set a UMBC record and placed second in the weight throw (18.35) at the Nittany Lion Challenge
• Won the weight throw at the Youree Spence Garcia Invitational (17.00m)
• Set a PR in the shot put (14.11m) at the Darius Dixon Memorial

2025 OUTDOOR:

• Finished third in the shot put at the IC4A/ECAC Championships w/ a career-best throw of 14.04m
• Placed second in the hammer throw at the IC4A/ECAC Championships w/ a 54.17m throw 
• Won the shot put at the America East Championships w/ a 13.68m throw
• Broke the program record in the hammer throw w/ a 55.20m throw at the America East Championships, placing third
• Finished seventh in the discus throw at the America East Championships w/ a 37.61m throw
• Threw 13.45m in the shot put at the Penn Relays
• Finished second at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational in the hammer throw w/ a 51.68m toss and third in the shot put w/ a 13.62m throw

2023 OUTDOOR:

• In first outdoor competition, placed eighth (12.81m) during the shot put in the Weems Baskin Invitational.
• In the Towson Invitational, tossed the discus the fifth-farthest distance of the day, 39.58m.
• Had two top-ten finishes, a 12.78m shot put (sixth) plus a 38.10m discus (tenth) at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational.

• The Prince George’s County Most Valuable Athlete for field events in 2022
• Maryland state 4A champion in the shot put as a senior
• Earned a seventh-place finish in the Adidas National Girls’ discus competition 
• Started competing in track & field at age 11
• Also lettered in swimming  
• Majoring in Psychology w/ ambitions to be a Health Psychologist
