"Claudia is an exceptional student-athlete who balances two challenging majors with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. She is proactive, organized, and stays on top of her academic responsibilities. Beyond her success in the classroom, she is a joy to be around. He is very kind to those around him and always comes to mind when someone is looking for an example of what it means to be a successful student-athlete. These students approach their schoolwork with enthusiasm and focus which contributes to their success in the classroom. Their positive attitudes impact their peers and the UMBC community and they have been recognized for the month of April for their achievements.
