The UMBC Volleyball team dropped a four-setter (21-25, 25-22, 18-25, 19-25) on Friday evening at George Washington.
Izzy Ostvig recorded a triple-double with 12 kills, 14 assists, and 12 digs with a .417 hitting percentage. Ostvig's triple-double was the third in program history (Aysia Miller recorded the first two in 2023).
Jalynn Brown recorded 13 kills, Claudia Llamas recorded eight kills and three blocks, while Hannah Dobbs also had eight kills and 11 digs.
Hannah Howard recorded a team high 14 digs, and Laura Fuehrer contributed four kills and three blocks.
The Retrievers head to George Mason on Saturday for a 4 pm match on ESPN +.
