Baseball Falls at Maine

Orono, Maine -- Danny Wyatt went 3-for-3 to continue his hot hitting, but the UMBC Baseball time dropped a 9-1 decision at Maine on Saturday in game two of their America East series.

Sergio Droz singled and scored on a wild pitch for the Dawgs only run of the contest. Kyle Eddington and Jesiah Carpenter had the other hits for UMBC. Matt Cunningham, Zach Kelly and Chris Ho all had scoreless outings out of the bullpen. 

The rubber game of the series will be on Sunday at noon.
