Volleyball Falls in America East Semifinals

Box Score Vestal, N.Y. -- The UMBC Volleyball team saw its streak of four consecutive America East titles come to an end as it dropped a hard-fought four setter (25-17, 22-25, 25-23, 25-21) to No.2 New Hampshire on Friday night at Binghamton University.

Mia Bilusic finished her illustrious career with a match-best 15 kills and seven digs, Mila Ilieva concluded her time in the black & gold with four kills (no errors) and three blocks.

Sophomore Helen Frankovich had 14 kills, while Abby Erickson had 6 kills with no errors and three blocks. 

Hannah Dobbs tallied 7 kills and Serin Maden had a match-high 41 assists. Hannah Howard had a team-best nine digs.

Aysia Miller, who will go down as one of the most decorated Student-Athletes in UMBC Athletics history, tallied eight digs.
