BALTIMORE --
Jaden Walker filled the stat sheet in a career-night as the UMBC Women's Basketball team cruised to a 92-55 win over Bryant & Stratton-Syracuse on Tuesday night at The Peake
Walker had a double-double as she finished with a career-high 15 points and 10 rebounds, with three assists, two steals and a block.Â
In addition to Walker, four other Retrievers tallied double-digit points as
Anna Blount and
Jordon Lewis each had 14 points, while
Jaliena Sanchez had 12 and
Paloma Iradier added 10.
Lewis was four-of-six from three, and
Riley Donahue added nine points on three-of-three shooting from distance.
Grace Ceseretti returned from injury for her season debut and scored five points and classmate
Carmen Yánez also had five points.
Laura Lacambra had four points in making her first career start and Iradier had seven rebounds off the bench.
Anne Adewumi and
Trinity Palacio each added a basket for the Retrievers.
UMBC returns to action on Saturday at Morgan State. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m.
