Women's Basketball vs. Coppin State Scheduled for Wednesday Canceled

BALTIMORE - The UMBC women's basketball game vs. Coppin State slated for Wednesday, December 16 has been canceled, due to COVID-19 return-to-play protocols.

 

The Eagles paused team activity back on December 2 after positive tests were revealed within the program. The team had also canceled contests against Maryland (Dec. 5) and Saint Francis (Pa.) (Dec. 8).

 

The Retrievers will open their home season on Saturday, December 19 when they begin America East play against UAlbany at 1 p.m.
