Emily Riggs is thw UMBC Athlete of the Week after she was named the America East Playor of the Week. Over six games, she slashed .588/1.235/1.917 with three HR, 13 RBI, two doubles, and six runs scored. She went 10-for-17 at the plate with only one strikeout., and also was perfect in the field with 8 putouts. Had the game-winning walk-off homer in the 9th on Sunday against Maine.
