Cierra Brown

 Cierra Brown was named Executive Assistant to the Athletic Director in August of 2026.

Brown joins the Retrievers after serving in various roles at Coppin State and in the DMV after graduating from Delaware State. Brown's roles at Coppin State included Director of Football Operations, SWA Special Assistant/Special Events Coordinator, and MEAC Volleyball Tournament Director. Brown has also worked with the DC Defenders (XFL), the Baltimore Ravens, and Baltimore City Recreation & Parks. 

"I'm thrilled to join UMBC Athletics and excited for the opportunity to be part of the Retrievers family," said Brown. "Go Dawgs!"
