Biography

2003: Finished her junior season holding the nations 24th best aces per game average at 0.59 per game (65 total aces)…that marked ranked her second in the America East Conference charts…recorded a single-game high eight aces against Bowling Green and seven against Bradley in the same day at the Bradley Invitational Tournament…recorded four double-doubles on the year and finished the season with the team’s fifth best kills per game average at 1.32…recorded a single-match high 14 kills to go along with her eight aces against Bowling Green…compiled 23 digs that same day to go with her seven aces against Bradley for a single-match high in digs…her 23 digs in that game stood up to be the Retrievers’ top single-match and five-game match individual best all season…ended the season with 146 total kills and 235 digs.

 

2002: Earned Northeast Conference Player of the Week honors the week of Oct. 14...named to the UMBC Invitational All-Tournament Team...averaged 2.71 kills and was third on the team in digs (2.80 per game)...also was second on the squad with 47 service aces...reached double-figures in kills in 15 different matches and was in double-figures in six straight matches from Oct. 12 through Oct. 28...recorded a season-high 16 kills and 12 assists against St. Francis (N.Y.) on Oct. 13...had a season-best 19 digs in the opening match against Binghamton (8/30)...recorded a career-high eight assisted blocks against Long Island (10/12)....served a season-high seven aces against Coppin State (9/14).

2001: Made a nice contribution in her initial season in a Retrievers' uniform...averaged 2.12 kills and 2.21 digs per game...named the NEC Rookie of the Week for Sept. 4...named to the All-Tournament Team at the UMBC Invitational...recorded a season-best 12 kills against Virginia Commonwealth (9/14)...came up with 14 digs against LaSalle (9/1) and Quinnipiac (11/3).

High School: Helped lead Ronald Reagan to a District Championship and a fifth place state finish as a senior…averaged 3.60 kills and 4.50 digs per game as a senior... a first team all-academic selection...an all-greater San Antonio City first team pick...won her school’s Outstanding Senior Athlete Award...also lettered in tennis.

Personal: Born on October 24, 1982...plans on majoring in Psychology...daughter of Andrzeg and Grazyna Waclawiak...Her brother Szyman is 24.
