Bradley Nguyen began his volleyball career when he joined the Boys Varsity Volleyball Team his freshman year at Col. Zadok Magruder High School in Rockville, Md. He then spent the next three years of his high school volleyball career on the Co-Ed Varsity team where as a captain he carried the team to a division championship in 2010.

After high school, he attended Stevenson University in Owings Mills, MD. where he played outside hitter, libero, and trained to be a setter.  In 2011 he helped the Mustangs achieve a 26-7 record and win the ECAC South Championship.  After the year he to transferred to UMBC. He's had the opportunity to coach for Baltimore Elite's 15+ girls, Boys' Latin High School, and serve as the student assistant coach for the UMBC volleyball team.

This year Nguyen has been named captain of the EIVA conference club collegiate men's volleyball team at UMBC where he plays as the libero.
