Biography

Spring 2021: Had a breakout senior campaign, being named to the America East All-Conference First Team...Lead the conference in total kills (178) and finishing third in kills per set (3.71)....Had eight matches with 14 or more kills, including a career-high 20 against UAlbany on March 7...Collected 15 kills in the America East Championship at UAlbany...Picked up 17 kills on .500 hitting in a sweep of Binghamton on March 14...Tied a career-high in two categories with four blocks and seven digs at NJIT on March 22...Earned a spot on the All-Academic Team...Named America East Player of the Week for the final weekend of the season. 

2019: Appeared in 14 matches and 44 sets during her first season on the Hilltop... Started eight of those matches... Had 77 kills... recorded 14 kills in a matchup against George Mason.

Background: At Otero Junior College - Team was ranked No.19 in the nation...NJCAA All-Region team in 2018. 3rd-Team NJCAA Academic All American in 2018....3.42 Kills per set with an 29th overall ranking in season 2018...Graduated Magna Cum Laude from OJC...Dean's list Fall '17, Spring '18...Vice President's List Fall '18, Spring '19.

Personal: Daughter of Paul and Monique van Noord...Has one brother, Martijn who is a semi-pro slalom windsurfer who competed in the under-20 World Championships in '18 and also the World Championship in '18 and '1 k9...Plans to major in Psychology.
