LeMaster was hired as goalkeeper coach for the UMBC Women’s Soccer program in the summer of 2026. He also serves as a varsity assistant coach at Severn School and coaches soccer privately.
As a player, LeMaster played goalkeeper for UMBC from 2022-2024 after beginning his collegiate career at Anne Arundel Community College and CCBC Essex. During his time at Essex, Lemaster was a two-time NJCAA All-American, a two-time National Championship finalist, and earned multiple academic honors in JUCO. These experiences as both a player and coach have shaped his leadership style, emphasizing discipline, preparation, communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
LeMaster graduated from UMBC in 2024 with a 3.9 GPA and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages and Linguistics, an Intercultural Communication Certificate, and a minor in Latin American Studies. He’s fluent in Spanish, a skill developed through serving a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. That missionary experience deepened LeMaster’s appreciation for leadership, service, cultural understanding, and meaningful communication.
Before transitioning fully into coaching, LeMaster taught high school Spanish at Bowie High School, where he enjoyed mentoring students and creating an engaging learning environment. Whether in the classroom, on the training field, or in competition, LeMaster enjoys helping people reach their potential through intentional coaching, accountability, and positive relationships.
