2021

• Earned the opening night start at the right fullback position
• Started 14 games and appeared in 15 of 17 in her initial campaign
• Played all 110 minutes versus NJIT in double-overtime draw on Oct. 14

• Took many Retriever free kicks due to a powerful right leg

BACKGROUND

• Selected to the Atholton High School All-Decade Team

• Selected as a two-time varsity captain

• Named First Team All Howard County by county’s coaches in 2021

• Scored four goals and added three assists in 10 games played in the spring of 2021

• Earned All-Howard County Honorable Mention honors in 2018

• Helped the Raiders make it to the playoffs in 2018 by scoring the game-winning goal against Mt. Hebron

• Earned the lone spot given to a freshman on the 2017 varsity 

• A Maryland State Class 3A Regional Champion in 2017

• Played for both Stephanie Stoutenbough and Cliff Walcott at Atholton High School.

• Part of the Raiders team that received the United Soccer Coaches High School Team Academic Award in 2017

• Played for Maryland United ECNL 03 and her side made it to the Elite 8 in the 2018-19 ECNL National Playoffs 

• Academically, has a 4.0 GPA and has been named Principal’s Honor Roll every quarter of high school.

• Member of the National Honor Society, Spanish National Honors Society, and Math National Society.

PERSONAL

• Daughter of Lisa and Adam Clearfield. 

• Has one sister, Samantha, and one brother, Danny.

• Plans on studying psychology with career ambitions to be a doctor specializing in neuroscience or genetics.

Since I wanted to stay close to home, UMBC was a great fit for me academically and the soccer program had everything that I wanted.
