AS A JUNIOR (2015-16): Made 13 appearances on the year... Saw her first action of the season against Penn (Nov. 15), playing a career-high seven minutes... Set a career high with six points against Vermont (Jan. 2), going 3-3 from the field, also a career best... Reset her career high in minutes played against Maine (Feb. 6), going 12 minutes hitting two shots with a career best three boards.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2014-15): Saw action in 18 games on the season, including nine America East contests… Scored a bucket and drew the foul in two minutes against Binghamton (March 1)… Played a career-high six minutes at Stony Brook (Feb. 11) and dished out her first collegiate assist… Recorded her first block versus Bucknell (Dec. 9)… Scored her first collegiate point on a free throw against Loyola (Nov. 16)... Named to the America East Honor Roll.
AS A FRESHMAN (2013-14): Saw action in two games during her rookie campaign... Made an appearance versus Norfolk State (Dec. 29)... Saw her collegiate debut early in the second half against Brown (Nov. 30)... Named to the America East Honor Roll.
HIGH SCHOOL: A member of the St. Mary’s Ryken women’s basketball team… Helped the Knights to their best finish in program history in 2012-13… An All-Washington Catholic Athletic Conference Third Team selection after averaging 10.9 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.6 steals as a senior… An All-WCAC Honorable Mention in 2012… Named to The Enterprise All-County Team as an honorable mention in her final campaign… An United States Junior Nationals Pool All-Star… Also lettered in field hockey at St. Mary’s Ryken… A honor roll student.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Mark and Laryssa Somerville… One of four siblings, Krysten, Marcus, Myla… Myla played for the Bowie State women’s basketball team… Major is psychology.
