Biography

AS A JUNIOR (2020-21):
  • 2020-21 season was cut short due to COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Started in five of the Retrievers’ eight games.

  • Averaged 5.9 points on the year, including a career-high 16 point game against Binghamton (Dec. 27) where she went 4-6 from beyond the arc. 

  • Shot 32.6 percent (14-43) from the field, 38.4 (8-23) from the three, and 91.7 percent (11-12) from the charity stripe.

  • Averaged 1.8 rebounds and 0.8 assists.

  • Recorded a season-high four rebounds in both games against Binghamton (Dec. 27-28).

  • Also had seven steals on the season, including a season-high two against Binghamton (Dec. 28) and Vermont (Jan. 3).

PRIOR TO UMBC:
  • Played one season for Mike Seney at CCBC Essex.
  • Averaged 16.2 ppg on 41.2 percent from the field in 32 games played for the Knights.
  • Was 36.9 percent from the three-point line.
  • Led the team in steals (4.3).
  • Also averaged 4.3 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game.
  • Started her collegiate career at the University of Rhode Island in 2017-18.
  • Joined the team as a walk-on student-athlete.
  • Appeared in 21 games...averaged 6.8 points per 40 minutes played.

  • Graduated from St. Raphael Academy (Pawtucket, R.I.).
  • Four-year varsity student-athlete.
  • Member of two Rhode Island State Championship teams.
  • Daughter of Scott and Christine Gagan.
