HIGH SCHOOL: An 1,000-point scorer at Broadneck High School… Named a Second Team All-County honoree by the Capital Gazette in 2013… Earned Baltimore Sun Player of the Week during the 2013 season… In 2011, received First Team All-County recognition by the Capital Gazette and Second Team All-County distinctions by the Baltimore Sun… All-Anne Arundel County Honorable Mention in 2012… Received the team’s Unsung Hero Award during her only season of varsity soccer… An honor roll student… A member of the National Honor Society.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Doug Ward and Sheryl Kline… Doug was an Academic All-America and member of UMBC baseball’s 1986 NCAA Division II Tournament squad… One of three siblings, Kaila and Kasey… Born Feb. 7, 1995… Majoring in biology, with hopes of becoming a physical therapist.
