Fletcher Forte'

Fletcher Forté enters his second year as UMBC’s women’s basketball Director of Operations.  The Pensacola, Florida native was a student-athlete for two seasons at then Jefferson Davis CC before continuing his collegiate career at DIII East Texas Baptist University. Forté finished his playing career and joined the Tigers’ staff in 2018 as the Director of Operations and Assistant Coach for both the Varsity and Developmental programs at ETBU, after receiving his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.  

During Forté’s time at ETBU, the men's basketball team landed eight players on the NABC (National Association of Basketball  Coaches) Honors Court from 2018-2019, while also making three straight tournament appearances - one of which was a 2018 ASC Tournament Runner Up.
