AS A JUNIOR (2015-16): Started in four of her 21 appearances, before an injury ended her season... Has two double-digit scoring games... Tallied 13 points and pulled down five rebounds before fouling out against Coppin State (Nov. 19)... Recorded a double-double in her UMBC debut versus Columbia (Nov. 13), registering 11 points and 12 rebounds... Registered 31 minutes at Albany (Feb. 3), going 3-9 from the field, rejecting a career high two shots against the Great Danes.

PRIOR TO UMBC: Played two seasons at Eastern Arizona College… Ranked 23rd in the nation in rebounding as a freshman (10.3 rpg)… Helped EAC to an appearance in the National Junior College Athletic Association National Tournament in 2014… Earned All-Region and All-Conference First Team honors for the 2014-15 season and was named an NJCAA All-America Honorable Mention… A two-time member of the Dean’s List… Earned the EAC Wayne McGrath Award for the best female athlete grade point average (3.95).

PERSONAL: Daughter of Obieruze and Meize Chukwuma… One of four siblings… Majoring in chemical engineering.
