2014: Started all 24 games for the Retrievers at right fullback… Started 61 of 73 games played in four seasons.
2013: Started all 20 games at right fullback position… Played the full length of the final 11 games… For the second consecutive year, he picked up an assist versus Loyola (Sept. 21) in UMBC’s 3-1 victory… Credited with two shots in the Nov. 2 contest at UMass-Lowell.
2012: Solidified UMBC’s right back position, earning starts in 16 of 19 contests… Contributed assists-his first collegiate points- in wins over Loyola (Sept. 19) and Binghamton (Oct. 27)… Did not dress for three games, including the conference opener vs. Vermont on Sept. 29, after suffering a head injury.
2011: Competed in eight games and started three at right fullback for UMBC in his first opportunity in fall competition… Started the final three games of the season… Made his first start vs. Stony Brook on Oct. 26 and played a career-high 81 minutes.
2010: Earned a letter in his initial season, but did not compete in any fall matches.
Background: Majoring in biological sciences… Earned All-State Second Team honors as a senior at Watkins Mill… Also named to The Montgomery Gazette’s All-County Second-Team and was tabbed a “Player to Watch” by that publication… Helped his squad to the regional semifinals in 2009… Also lettered in track & field… A member of the National Honor Society… Considering a career as a pharmacist… Selected UMBC “because it’s the top up-and-coming school, it’s close to home and the guys on the team are cool and down-to-earth people”… Lists his favorite professional teams as Manchester United and the Philadelphia Eagles… Has a younger sister, Sydney, who is 19… Son of LaDonna and Allen Williams… Born April 9, 1992.
