2020 (spring 2021)

  • Started all eight contests at left fullback for the Retrievers
  • Recorded a shot in seven of eight game
  • Ryan Becher headed in his perfectly-placed direct kick just 57 seconds into overtime as UMBC defeated UAlbany, 1-0 on 3/12 Accolades: 

2019: Appeared in all 16 games, starting in 10... Saw action on the left side as a defender and midfielder… Picked up assists in back-to-back games against LIU and George Washington... Took 20 shots on the season, including a career-high four at Vermont on November 2.

Background: Named Best Player this past year, winning two Futsal Tournaments in 19 games… Played in the U19 Bundesliga and 3rd League in Germany for Sg Telgte 1919 e.V., 1.FC Gievenbeck and SC Preuben Munster… Helped his team avoid relegation twice in 2017 and 2018, scoring two goals in a comeback win against Bayer 04 Leverkusen in 2018... Plans to major in business technology administration at UMBC... A Harry Potter fan and lists favorite teams as FC Bayern Münschen and Tottenham Hotspur… Has two siblings, Kira Conze and Fabian Passon… Son of Christiane and Olaf Conze.
