Biography

2015: Reserve attackman provided a spark to the UMBC offense, scoring six goals in 12 games played… Finished second on the squad to Nate Lewnes (4) with three man-up scores… Notched first collegiate score in conference opener versus Binghamton… Posted first multiple-goal game with a pair against UML.

 

 

2014: First-year letterwinner saw action in five contests, including both America East Tournament games. 

 

Background: Matriculated at Dickinson (Pa.) College in 2011-12 and lettered in men’s lacrosse for the Red Devils… Earned All-Prep honors in lacrosse by the Virginia Prep League and also was selected to the All-State squad at Woodberry Forest… Had a pair of four-goal efforts in his final two years for the Tigers… Also earned a pair of letters in football and was an All-State place-kicker… Pursuing a double major in media and communication studies and financial economics… Enjoys fishing, the music of Eric Church and lists favorite professional team as the NHL’s Boston Bruins… Has an older sister, Kate… Son of Maura and Mark Monroe.
