2018: Made a mid-year conversion from offensive to defensive midfield… Posted career bests in ground balls (10) and caused turnovers (3)… Often used in pressure clearing situations… Scored an early goal versus Navy… Tallied one of UMBC’s bigger goals of the season, breaking a 2-2 tie with a late first quarter score and igniting a 6-0 run in the 11-7 victory over No. 1 Albany.
2017: Developed into a consistent, first-unit midfielder in the second half of the campaign… Played in all 14 games, and started seven of the final nine… Recorded five goals and eight total points… Earned his first collegiate start in the opener at UNC and posted his first collegiate point, an assist, a week later at Hopkins… Scored his first goal on April 1 versus UMass Lowell… Recorded his first multiple-point effort a week later with a goal and a helper at Albany… Added single goals versus Binghamton and Hartford and scored UMBC’s final goal of the year against the Bearcats in the league semi-final contest.
