Accolades: Named to 2017-18 America East All-Rookie Team and to All-Tournament Team.  
 
Record Book Material: Garnered 121 rebounds, the eighth-most by a freshman in school history.
 
2019-20: Played in 32 games, starting 30 of them averaging 21.0 mpg… Scored 5.6 ppg with 5.0 rpg… Was second on the team with 16 blocked shots, shooting 55.8 percent from the floor… Had a career day against Drexel on Nov. 30 scoring 18 points on 9-11 shooting with three steals… Recorded ten rebounds against UAlbany on Jan. 29, his lone double-digit rebounding game of the year.  
 
2018-19: Suffered knee injury while playing in U-20 European Championships over the summer... Missed the first 11 games, before debuting with 24 minutes played vs. FGCU on Dec. 16... Made first start of the year - replacing an injured Max Curran - and played 22 minutes (7 pts./6 rebs.) vs. Hood... Scored 10 points (4/5 fg) vs. Centenary on Dec. 31 and followed up with career-best 12 points and season-high 8 caroms in win over Maine on Jan. 5... Set new career mark with 15 caroms at UML on Jan. 12... The effort was the most for a Retriever since Jairus Lyles (20) and Nolan Gerrity (15) corralled at least 15 vs. Citadel in December of 2016... Added 11 points to post first career double-double... Re-tore meniscus in right knee in practice following game at UML... Underwent successful surgery, but missed the remainder of the campaign.  
 
2017-18:  Debuted for the Retrievers and converted his lone field goal attempt at SMU... Added a pair of steals in 15 minutes... Converted all three field goal attempts, posting six points and three caroms versus Army on Dec. 1... Played 19 key minutes vs. NKU... Made first collegiate start vs. UNH on Jan. 3 and started 20 of the final 21 games of the season... Produced a then-high season-topping 11 points and sparked UMBC come-from-behind victory at Maine on Jan. 10... Six of his seven caroms in that game were off offensive glass... Earned America East Rookie of the Week honors on Jan. 15... Snared 8 rebounds vs. Binghamton (Jan. 24), then totalled 9 points and a season-high 10 caroms vs. Maine on Jan. 27... Earned AE Rookie of the Week honors on Jan. 29... Recorded UMBC's first-ever rebound, blocked shot (both on Feb. 3) and dunk (Feb. 21) in the UMBC Event Center... Made 27-of-42 field goal attempts (64.3%) and averaged 5.3 rpg in league play... Tied season high with 11 pts. (4/4 fg) vs. UML in quarter-final win on March 3... Scored UMBC's first basket in NCAA Tournament victory over Virginia.       

Background: Named to Team Great Britain for the U-20 European Championships, held in Germany and competed for his native land in the U-18 European B Division Championships in the summer of 2016… Averaged 4.9 points and 3.2 rebounds per game in eight contests in Macedonia… In 2016-17, his prep year at Barking Abbey, led the side to a league and playoff title… Averaged 10.3 points and 6.6 re bounds per game during the regular season, then earned MVP honors with a 28-point, 14-rebound effort versus Charnwood in the title contest… Named the Academy League Most Valuable Player and Defensive Player of the Year in 2015-16 while competing for the Kent Crusaders… Earned Most Valuable Player honors in the Elite Academy Basketball… Debuted on the hardwood for Northfleet Academy prior to Barking Abbey… Has only been competing in basketball for four years… An outstanding all-around athlete, he was ranked No. 3 in England in the high jump and competed in handball for his country in Denmark… Also considered Drexel, Maine and UMass Lowell, but selected UMBC “because of great coaching staff and great academic school”… Lists favorite professional team as the NBA’s Los Angeles Lakers… Lists favorite book as Robinson Crusoe and favorite movie as Glory Road… Son of Yemi and Rufus Akin.
