Biography

2021: Made just one appearance for the Retrievers in 2021, going 0-1 from the plate with a walk against Delaware State on March 7.

Background: Comes to UMBC from Hickory High School in Virginia… Was named First Team All-Region and All-District, as well as Second Team All-State during his sophomore season… As a junior, he earned First Team All-Region, All-District and All-State honors… Went 4-4 with five RBI in the regional championship in 2019… Was on the Perfect Game All-Tournament team in 2016 and twice in 2017, as well as being named Perfect Game All-American in 2020… Son of Ruth and Victor Dzarnowski… Lists his favorite pro teams as the Washington Nationals and Green Bay Packers and favorite musical artists as Post Malone and Morgan Wallen.
