2014: Started 18 games in the Retrievers’ midfield… Registered a career-best six goals and 12 points… Ranked 10th in the league in points, sixth in goals and fourth in game-winning goals (two)…  Placed 15 of her 28 shots on goal… Netted her sixth goal of the year in a 2-1 loss against Vermont… Headed in her fifth goal of the year in the second half against Delaware State… Named to the Battle of Baltimore All-Tournament Team… Posted her first multiple-goal performance with a pair of scores versus Mount St. Mary’s, including her second game-winner of the season… Scored her second goal in two games at Bucknell… Tallied the game-winner against Howard… A member of the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2013: Tied for third on the team in points, on three goals and two assists… Three of her nine shots reached the back of the net, two of which were game-winners… Battled injury to start in 10 of 16 appearances… Headed in the game-winner versus New Hampshire in the regular-season finale that solidified UMBC’s first regular-season crown… Suffered a lower leg injury that sidelined her for five games… Picked off a pass at the 13-yard line and placed her only shot against Howard in the back of the net… Headed a long ball pass from Amira Walcott to setup an Alexa Quaranta goal in a 2-1 victory versus Robert Morris… Registered her first collegiate goal, the game-winner, and added an assist in the second half to lead UMBC to victory at American… Tallied two shots in the season-opener against Mount St. Mary’s... 2011: Appeared in 12 games, making four starts… Earned first career point on an assist versus Towson… Notched two shots on the year… A member of the America East Honor Roll.

Background: Member of the 2008 Under-17 Australian National Team… Has been involved with the South Australian State Team since 2005… Captained the under-15 team in 2007 and 2008, and co-captained the under-17 squad in 2009… Led South Australia to a fourth-place finish at the 2009 under-17 national championships, its best finish ever… Won the Rising Star Award for her Premier League Teams, Cumberland United in 2006 and Fulham United in 2009… Helped lead Cumberland United to the Under-17 Cup title… Won a number of Best and Fairest awards for her teams from 2003-08… Daughter of David and Fran Rydon… Has two brothers, Patrick and Michael, and a sister, Molly… Born May 23, 1993… An emergency health services major who hopes to become a special operations paramedic.
