2008: Saw action in 17 games and started each of the last 15 contests… Tied for the team lead with two assists and tied for second with four points… First career goal was the game-winner in the Retrievers’ 1-0 victory against conference rival Maine… Earned America East Co-Rookie of the Week for her performance… Also tallied assists against Stony Brook and Albany… Took 14 shots on the season, including 10 on goal.

Background: A three-time First-Team All-Conference honoree… Also garnered Second-Team All-Conference accolades in 2004… Earned First-Team All-State accolades as a senior… Led Parkside to the state finals in 2006 and the state semifinals in 2005 and 2007… Was a member of the three-time regional champion Maryland ODP team that also shared the national championship in 2006… An honor roll student… Chose UMBC over University of Tampa, UNC-Wilmington and Maryland because of the location and soccer program… Daughter of Scott and Susan Kell… Has an older sister, Carleigh, who plays soccer at Salisbury University… Also has two younger brothers, Lucas and Ty… Born Nov. 8, 1990… A pre-nursing major.
