Biography
HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner and three-year captain at Fremont High School…capped off her final year with a 15-9 record and finishing 2A Sectional runners-up, Fremont's sixth consecutive sectional championship game…earned all-area honors her final three years and as a junior was named All-Northeast Corner Conference honors…led team to 2A Section Championships in 2000-01, 2001-02 and 2002-03…finished her senior year averaging 11.7 ppg and her career with a 10.2 ppg average, 50.2 percent from the field, 37.2 percent from outside the arc and a 75.2 percentage at the charity stripe…averaged 14.6 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.8 steals per game as the team's MVP her junior year…her 14.6 ppg led the team that season…shooting 58.1 percent from the field and 75 percent from the charity stripe as well in her junior as her 58.1 percent set a school single season record…went a combined 69-30 during her four-year career, missing a mere nine games as a torn ACL in AAU summer ball forced her to miss the beginning of her senior year…one of her career highlights is scoring 20 points in one quarter.
PERSONAL: The youngest of three children to Bonnie and Ted Ferguson…interested in a major physical therapy…born on March 1, 1985.
