Biography

2016: Played in all 16 matches of the 2016 season, starting in 14 of them… Finished his senior season with three goals, totaling to six points… Scored his first goal of the season in the match against UNC Wilmington… Had the game-winning goal in the match against Monmouth that the team won 3-2... His final goal of the season occurred in the game against Drexel in a 2-1 win.

2015: Appeared in three matches for the Retrievers scoring one goal on two shots... His lone goal of the season came in a 5-0 win against Central Arkansas in the second game of the year. 

2014: Appeared in 11 contests for the Retrievers thus far coming off the bench.

2013: Debuted in the second game of the season and played 13 minutes versus UNLV… Did not play in any other fall contests. 

Background: Wing midfield/forward candidate who earned Second Team All-State honors while competing at Frederick… Part of an U-15 USYSA side which won a national title in 2010… Earned Honor Roll accolades in three consecutive years… Chose UMBC over other Division I opportunities “because I knew most of the players already, I really like the team philosophy and traditions”… Lists favorite professional team is Boca Juniors from Argentina… Father Edgar played professionally in Guatemala… Nicknamed “Chachi”… Has one older sister, Claudia… Son of Gilvar and Edgar Morales… Born Nov. 29, 1994.
