The UMBC Volleyball team will open the home portion of its schedule by hosting three matches at The Peake this weekend. The Retrievers will host George Mason on Friday at 6 p.m., George Washington on Saturday at 4 p.m., and Georgetown on Sunday at 2 p.m.

There will be a championship t-shirt giveaway and the 2025 America East Championship banner will be unveiled prior to Sunday's contest.

The Dawgs are 3-1 after competing in the Buffalo/Canisius Invitational last weekend. The Retrievers dropped a hard-fought five-set match against Buffalo but responded with a sweep over Canisius.  George Mason fell to 4-2 after they were swept against Maryland on Monday.
 
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12

George Washington is currently 1-5 after falling to Wofford in straight sets on Sunday. The Colonials will take on Loyola, Maryland prior to squaring off with the Retrievers.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13

Georgetown is off to a 4-2 start after defeating Wake Forest in four sets on Sunday in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The Hoyas will also take on Morgan State and Loyola, Maryland, prior to their match with the Retrievers.
