Kaleb Cave broke a 14 year old school record en route to winning the 3M on Saturday at the Towson Diving Invite. Cave scored 361.75 to win the event and break the school record of 361.20 set in 2012 by Andrew Eckhoff. He qaulified for NCAA Zones in the 3M with that score and also in the 1M with a score of 333.15 to win silver.
Aidan O'Callaghan also qualified for NCAA Zones in the 1M with a score of 300.95, good enough for fourth in the event.
Anders Logas took fourth in the 3M with a score of 308.45, and fifth in the 1M by scoring 291.25.
Isabella Evers was the top finisher for the UMBC Women as she took sixth in both events. She scored 252.65 in the 3M and 243.95 in the 1M.
The Retrievers will compete in the America East Championships at VMI in two weeks.
