The UMBC Track & Field program will return to Penn State for the second straight weekend to compete in the Sykes & Sabock Challenge on Saturday.
Last time out, the Retrievers wrapped up competition at the Penn State National Open on Saturday with several personal bests.
Anna Creel set a personal best and the best time so far in the America East in the 200 meter with a time of 24.52 to finish fourth. Lily Bady also set a personal best in the 200 meter with a time of 24.82.
Lydia Nelson ran a personal best in the 1000 meter with a time of 2:56.41.
Lily Strelecki also ran a personal best in the 1000 meter with a time of 2:58.69.
Micah Haskins set a personal best in the 3000 meter with a time of 10:04.96.
Janine Amefia finished 10th in the triple jump with a leap of 11.48.
Joey Ensor joined the PR group on the Men's side with a 2:26.08 finish in the 1000.

On Tuesday, freshman
Enazajah Young has been named the America East Rookie of the Week for the fourth time this season.
Young won the 60 meter hurdles with a 8.35 time, tying her own school record. The time is also the top one in the America East.
Ojigwe Olua was also named the America East Men's Rookie of the Week on Tuesday afternoon. It was his second-straight week earning the honor.
Olua came in second place in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 7.93 at the Penn State National Open on Friday. He now owns the top two times in the America East this season, and is still the only runner to post a sub-8 time in the event.
