March Student-Athletes of the Month

The Academic Center for Student-Athletes is proud to announce the Academic Center for Student-Athletes' March Student-Athletes of the Month!

Ethan Ianni, Baseball

Isaac Varghese, Men's Basketball

These students have displayed commitment and consistency in their academics while balancing athletics and have been recognized for the month of March for their efforts. 

"Ethan has been a great addition to UMBC. He came to us in the fall and quickly adjusted to the demands. He has carried that momentum over to spring while also balancing baseball. I'm excited to continue watching him excel in the classroom and to show everyone how great he is!" - Meg Bossey, Academic Advisor

"Isaac has consistently displayed a commitment to his academics since he arrived on campus. He prioritizes his schoolwork while balancing his athletic requirements as well as being a part of the Honors Program. I'm confident that Isaac will continue to excel at UMBC!" - Adriana Mason, Associate Athletic Director for Academics
