Miller Named America East Defensive Player of the Week; Volleyball Travels to No.1 Pitt

BOSTON -- Graduate student Aysia Miller was named the America East Defensive Player of the Week, the Conference announced on Tuesday morning. 

Miller averaged a league-best 4.8 digs/set, including a career-high 32 against High Point on Friday.

The Retrievers travel to No.1 Pitt on Wednesday for a 5 p.m. match.

The top-ranked Panthers have yet to lose a set this season and are coming off a sweep of (RV) Maarquette this past weekend. 

Rachel Fairbanks set the Panthers to a .398 team hitting percentage, and Olivia Babcock (14), Torrey Stafford (13) and Valeria Vazquez Gomez (10) all recorded double-digit kills.
