Softball Wraps Regular Season at Bryant

The UMBC Softball team will look to conclude the regular season on a high note when it plays three games at Bryant on Friday and Saturday.

Last time out,  Seniors Ashley Della Guardia and Lyndsey Evix homered on Senior Day, and Kya Matter pitched a complete game one-hitter as the UMBC Softball team split with UAlbany on Sunday afternoon.

The Great Danes took a 7-5 eight-inning thriller in game one, before UMBC won a tight, 2-0, contest in game two.

Matter allowed just the one hit, one walk and struck out four to pick up her tenth win of the season.
