Men's Soccer Match Versus Fordham Halted by Weather

A severe thunderstorm watch in the area brought the match to a stop in the 26'

The non-conference men's soccer match between UMBC and Fordham was halted in the 26' as a severe thunderstorm watch, accompanied by multiple lightning strikes were seen in the skies in the immediate area of Retriever Soccer Park. 

The game will be declared a no contest. 

UMBC takes on Hofstra on Long Island on Tuesday, Sept. 12.
