BALTIMORE – Thursday's make-up baseball game between UMBC and Towson at Alumni Field has been cancelled due to heavy rain in the Baltimore area earlier in the week.  The game will not be made up.  The two teams are scheduled to play at Towson on Tuesday, May 6.

UMBC returns to action this weekend with a key three-game series at America East rival Hartford.  The Retrievers and Hawks will play a doubleheader beginning at noon on Saturday at Fiondella Field and then wrap up the series with a single game on Sunday.
