Makaela Hill (Catonsville, Md.) is the UMBC Athlete of the Week after she had a pair of victories in the Retrievers victory at Howard. The Catonsville native captured the 50 freestyle (24.32) and came back to win the 100 freestyle (53.88),

She then was on the 200 freestyle relay team that concluded the meet with a win by edging Howard by less than .3 of a second to triumph in a time of 1:39.89.
