UMBC senior midfielder Megan Halczuk is the UMBC Athlete of the Week after she was named the America East Offensive Player of the Week.

Halczuk tied season-high's in both goals (4) and draw controls (13) in UMBC's 17-15 victory at New Hampshire on Saturday afternoon in Durham. The Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania native scored on a pair of free position attempts to finish 7-of-9 on the season in the category. In addition, she went over 100 career points as she finished with 72 goals and 29 assists as a Retriever.

The Kennard-Dale product broke her single-season record with her 116th draw control and has amassed 348 draws during her career.
