Nicole López Kohlmann is the Ticketing & Game Day Operations Manager for UMBC Athletics, where she oversees ticketing operations, group sales, season-ticket programs, and student game-day staff. She also works with community groups and fans to create memorable experiences at UMBC athletic events while helping grow attendance and engagement across all ticketed sports.
Originally from Mexico City, Nicole came to the United States as a Division I student-athlete, competing in swimming at Saint Francis University before transferring to UMBC. She earned her master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Leadership from UMBC and began her career in athletics as a student staff and swimming graduate assistant before joining the department full-time. She enjoys finding new ways to connect fans with UMBC Athletics and to create a welcoming game-day environment for everyone who attends.
