Nick Bozeka returned to UMBC as athletic equipment manager in October 2019. He previously served assistant equipment manager in 2012.

Prior to UMBC, Bozeka spent three seasons with the Ohio University football team, beginning as the squad’s student film assistant in 2008 and working his way through their team operations department and eventually settling into a position in the Bobcats’ equipment room. 

After graduating with a Master’s of Science in coaching education from Ohio University, Bozeka served as a graduate assistant to football and track and field teams at the University of Akron. Bozeka began his pursuit of a second master’s degree, this one in sports administration, while with the Zips. 

The Canton, Ohio native earned his bachelor’s degree in sports administration from OU in 2008.
