Keelah Dixon leads all aspects of ticketing operations for UMBC’s seven ticketed Division I programs—Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, and Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse—overseeing internal systems, fan-facing sales, and event staffing.

Since joining UMBC, Dixon has implemented a modern, customer-focused ticketing model featuring dynamic and tiered pricing options designed to engage every type of fan—from individuals and families to youth teams and corporate groups.

In her first year, she set a department record for ticket revenue—driven by a 50% increase in group sales for Women’s Basketball—and surpassed that mark the following season with over 15% growth across all programs.

A former standout guard at Colgate and UMBC, Dixon led the Retrievers in 3-point shooting and 20+ point performances in her final season. At Colgate, she was just the ninth player in Division I program history to score 30+ points in a game. Off the court, she co-chaired the Patriot League Anti-Racism Commission and brings experience in coaching, event management, and student-athlete wellness.

Dixon holds a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from UMBC and a B.A. in Natural Science & Mathematics from Colgate University.
