Frank DiLeonardi was hired in July, 2025 as the Retrievers' Goalkeeping Coach.
DiLeonardi brings a wealth of experience and unique contributions to the table. As the founder and owner of Level 5 Athletics, Level 5 Goalkeeper Academy, and Level 5 Goalkeeping Services, he has made significant strides in the field of goalkeeping. Frank is also on staff with Region 1 O.D.P as a Goalkeeper Coach and owns and operates PRO-GK Gloves USA.
DiLeonardi has years of college experience and has coached at Stevenson University, Towson University, and McDaniel College. He has also served as the goalkeeper coach for DC United and the Washington Spirit U.S. Soccer Development Academy.
Frank currently holds a National Level-D License from the U.S. Soccer, a NSCAA National Diploma, a NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, NSCAA levels 1, 2, and 3 Goalkeeping diplomas, a NSCAA Advanced National Goalie Diploma, and a NSCAA Premier Diploma and DOC Diplomas in addition he holds the UEFA “C” badge and first part of his UEFA “B” badge.
